Déglon Innovation: Push & Pull®
In 2020, the concept of Push&Pull was born during an R&D process and observations within a retirement home.
His creator, Thierry Déglon, explains: "I was in the kitchens watching the employees serve dishes, in this case quiches. Seeing them use two tools, a serving shovel and a second utensil to push the food onto the plate, I had the idea of combining these two tools into one.
Thanks to its retractable pusher, it allows for a more pleasant and faster service, while respecting health requirements.
