These large knives with serrated and sharp-edged blades (24-42 cm) can easily slice the toughest fish.
They can also slice fish steak finely.
OTHER POSSIBLE USE: they can be used to cut chocolate.
All these knives are available with micro-mixed serrated, sharp and precise edge, or with the traditional large “half-moon” serrated edge.
Micro-mixed serration: small teeth (3.6 mm X 0.3 mm) and micro teeth (0.4 mm X 0.3 mm).
Large half-moon serration: 7.3 mm X 2.8 mm.
